Board of Directors 2013 Election

Directors to be elected in 2013 are:

• West Region, Large, 3 Year Term*

Ony one candidate qualified - Janice Welch of Kimberly Clark Credit Union, will be elected in accordance with the League's Bylaws by single ballot cast by the Secretary of the League Board, prior to the annual meeting.

• East Region, Medium Size Group, 3 Year Term*

Only one candidate qualified - CEO Jeremy Hodges of Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union will be elected in accordance with the League's Bylaws by single ballot cast by the Secretary of the League Board, prior to the annual meeting.

• Middle Region, Small Size Group 3 Year Term*

Only one candidate qualified - Manager Channon Hamilton of BCBST Credit Union will be elected in accordance with the League's Bylaws by single ballot cast by the Secretary of the League Board, prior to the annual meeting.

• Middle Region, Large Size Group 1 Year Term*( to complete term of vacated seat)

Only one candidated qualified. Michael Martin of the The Tennessee Credit Union will be elected in accordance with the League's Bylaws by single ballot cast by the Secretary of the League Board, prior to the annual meeting.

• Middle Region, At-Large Group, 3 Year Term

Two candidates have qualified for the election. There will be a mail ballot vote between Bonnette Dawson, CEO of Old Hickory Credit Union and Paul Johnson, CEO of US Community Credit Union. Ballots will be mailed to regional member credit unions on April 4. Paul Johnson, CEO of US Community Credit Union won the election.

*Nominees that qualified for the election, without competition, will be elected by single ballot from the League Secretary prior to the 2013 Annual Meeting, according to League Bylaws
