January 25, 2012 Initial election notice to member credit unions – Distribute notice and forms for appointment (or change) of election representative.
February 8, 2012 Distribute nominating/seconding forms to credit unions eligible to elect a director.
March 7, 2012 Nominating/seconding forms to be received by the League office.
March 8, 2012 Job description and biographical forms (to be completed) distributed to nominees – Letter to those nominated without competition.
March 22, 2012 Completed biographical sketches to be returned to League.
April 5, 2012 Biographical sketches and ballots mailed to electing credit unions.
April 27, 2012 Ballots to be received by League accountants. Notice to election losers and winners
May 1, 2012 In case of a tie vote, notice and ballots for a tie breaker distributed to eligible credit unions.
May 15, 2012 Ballots from any run off election to be returned to League Accountants – Letter of notice to candidates.
May 17, 2012 Coin toss if run off election results in tie.
May 18, 2012 League Annual Meeting, elected directors take office
