Re: Notice of League Board Elections and Appointment of Election Representative

Directors from the following five regions and size groups will be elected to the League Board for terms beginning May 18, 2012:

• West Region, At-Large, 3 Year Term

• West Region, Small Size Group, 3 Year Term
• East Region, Large Size Group 3 Year Term
• East Region, At-Large 3 Year Term

• Middle Region, Medium Size Group 3 Year Term

• West Region, Medium Size Group, 2 Year Term*

• Middle Region, Small Size Group, 1 Year Term*

Credit unions in other size groups will be notified of election results, but will not receive forms and notices for election participation.

To participate in the election, member credit unions must haved appointed an election representative.
