Re: Notice of Elections to the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Credit Union League in 2008

Member credit unions will elect six directors to the league board to take office at the annual meeting on May 16, 2008. Four will be elected to a three-year term. Two directors are being elected to fill a vacancy and will complete the unexpired term. The following positions will be filled:

• West Region, Medium Size Group 3 Year Term
• East Region, Small Size Group 3 Year Term

• East Region, At-Large Size Group 3 Year Term
• Middle Region, Large Size Group 3 Year Term
• Middle Region, At-Large Size Group 2 Year Term

Member credit unions in the other groups will not participate in the election of a director for 2008 and will not receive forms and notices to participate in the election process. However, they will be notified of all election results.
