Re: Notice of League Board Elections and Appointment of Election Representative

Directors from the following six regions and size groups will be elected to the League Board for terms beginning May22, 2013:

• West Region, Large, 3 Year Term

• East Region, Medium Size Group 3 Year Term

• Middle Region, Small Size Group 3 Year Term

• Middle Region, At-large Group, 3 Year Term

• Middle Region, Large Size Group, 1 Year Term*

Credit unions in other size groups will be notified of election results, but will not receive forms and notices for election participation.

To participate in the election, member credit unions must haved appointed an election representative.

*Election to complete a vacated position
