League InfoSight provides useful compliance resources to member credit unions. This online tool offers detailed compliance-related sites that are useful to everyone from CEOs to credit union compliance officers and frontline staff. It's a web-based resource to access both federal and state compliance information - all on one location.
No more having to read between the lines with your credit union’s operation policies. CU PolicyPro is designed so you can customize and implement policies that are unique to your credit union. Plus, your existing policies can be added into the system as well.
League InfoSight's CU PolicyPro and its Operations Policy Manual includes nearly 200 comprehensive policies developed and written specifically for credit unions by regulatory experts. It’s formatted to be consistent and easy-to-use.
With laws and regulations seeming to change almost overnight, League InfoSight includes an Update Service, providing monthly operations newsletters and semi-annual policy updates.
"Your Compliance Hotline"
Compliance continues to become increasingly more complex. The PolicyWorks team consists of attorneys, former examiners and former financial institution employees - providing a mix of knowledge and skill and further enhancing our current suite of compliance products.
And, as part of this dues supported services, PolicyWorks also provides regular compliance communications:
- twice-a-month e-newsletter detailing compliance trends and issues
- compliance bulletins that request comment on proposed regulations and summarize final regulations
- monthly FAQs on hot topics
- various other alerts and publications
League member credit unions have access to PolicyWorks’ secure client login page. The members’ only website houses a library of compliance information and communications to assist League credit unions with their compliance needs.

You can also visit the PolicyWorks website by clicking here. Two users at each credit union (the CEO plus one other) are designated as administrators. Once an administrator logs in they will see an ‘Administration’ tab on the left hand side that allows them to add additional users from their credit union or remove users if a staff member leaves. This allows the management team at the credit union to control who has access from their credit union and who does not. Administrators can also email PolicyWorks directly if they would prefer not to do it themselves and PolicyWorks will add new users for them.
ComplySight serves as the universal compliance web-based management and tracking tool that streamlines the compliance process throughout the credit union.
ComplySight is a fee-based service that provides visibility, tracking, measuring and reporting for compliance activities allowing credit unions to address compliance initiatives through a single application, assisting in the organization’s overall communication, supporting a state of continual readiness for audits, and providing regulatory updates essential to maintaining credit union compliance.
ComplySight will match compliance needs with compliance gaps – filling the need by integrating with InfoSight and CU PolicyPro.

Compliance Community is a place where credit union compliance
professionals can collaborate, share ideas and exchange resources.
CUNA’s CompBlog, compliance classes, RegTraC and more are all available on the community with a few clicks. A video tour of the Compliance Community is also available.
Other benefits for Compliance Community members include:
- Access to idea-sharing through discussion boards, on a broad range of compliance topics;
- Daily CUNA CompBlog posts from the compliance team on the latest hot-topic issues;

As part of Compliance Community, CUNA’s RegTraC has been
enhanced. RegTraC offers in-depth regulatory guides, a
comprehensive training library with articles and recorded sessions,
access to exclusive RegTraC live events, and more. A mentor program through RegTraC will pair experienced
compliance officers with new-to-the-scene compliance staff to help
ensure credit unions stay successful and in compliance.
Shared Compliance Resource Program
Are you having a difficult time keeping up with the many compliance issues facing your credit union? Many Tennessee credit unions have expressed a need to have a dedicated and qualified compliance expert on staff but simply can’t afford the expense.
The Tennessee Credit Union League is excited to announce a new program brought to you through our business partner relationship with Credit Union Resources, Inc., (SCR) a subsidiary of the Cornerstone Credit Union League.
Through the Shared Compliance Program, Shared Compliance Specialists (SCS) are hired, trained and certified by Credit Union Resources and their time is divided among assigned credit unions. The credit union receives a knowledgeable compliance expert as one of their team members.
There is no fuss with additional expenses... Credit unions make a pre-determined investment in compliance based on frequency selected with SCR. The pre-determined investment covers the SCS’s salary, equipment, training and all other costs associated with employees; however, the credit union pays based only on the frequency used.
Each SCS works with a minimum of 4 or more client credit unions to support, manage, review, change, and in some cases, implement a compliance program for their credit unions, with participants sharing these professional services. Time and expense allocated to each credit union will depend on the complexity and specific needs.
