Geraldine Cardwell is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the League and its affiliates, CU Services, Inc., and League Capital, Inc. She directs investment activities and fiscal and administrative management programs, policies, and systems of the League and its affiliates. She also directs the League's consulting services to credit unions and is responsible for endorsements and fee-supported services of CU Services, Inc., including the statewide shared branching network. Geraldine has been employed with the League since 1976 and was previously Manager of the AG Food Stores Credit Union.

Trish Patterson is Vice President
Education & Information at the Tennessee Credit Union League.
Her primary responsibility is that
of coordinating training for credit union staff, management
and volunteers. Through the League's CU Information
Center, she provides information on a variety of operational topics to member credit unions. Trish came to work for the League in 1993.
Sheila Franklin, Vice President Governmental Affairs, phone extension 1250
Sheila Franklin is Vice President Governmental Affairs, representing member credit unions in matters involving state and federal governments, with an overall objective to assist in maintaining a positive regulatory environment in which member credit unions can flourish. Sheila serves as a credit union lobbyist in the state legislature and coordinates credit union contact with Tennessee’s Members of Congress. Sheila has been with the League since 1997.

Criss Browning is Director Business Development. In this role, Criss assists in the research and evaluation of new products and services for credit unions and works in the consultative sales process for products and services of CU Services and its business partners. He serves as relationship manager to assigned credit unions by providing counsel and guidance in a wide variety of areas essential to the successful development of credit unions, including: operations, financial analysis, marketing, new products and services, strategic planning, and training. He also works with groups across the State in the chartering of new credit unions. Criss was employed by the League in 1988.
Matt Coniglio, Governmental Affairs Specialist, extension 1201
Matt Coniglio is Governmental Affairs Assistant for the Tennessee Credit Union League. He assists the Vice President Governmental Affairs in a wide variety of governmental affairs activities involving state and federal governments, with an overall objective to assist in maintaining a positive regulatory environment in which member credit unions can flourish. Matt organizes in-credit union visits with state law makers, credit union events in Washington, DC, including Hill visits, and other gatherings as directed. He maintains records and organizes fund raising activities and assists in the governmental affairs social media and web presence. Matt has been with the League since 2014.
Cynthia Dunn, Financial Assistant, phone extension 1204
Cynthia is primarily responsible for the bookkeeping functions of the League and its affiliates, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. She works closely with outside auditors, compiles financial reports and analysis, prepares monthly financial statements. Cynthia has been with the League since 1983.

Leisa Massingill currently serves as Executive Assistant to the League President. She maintains all records of League Board meetings, manages the ballot mailing for election of League Directors and provides administrative support to the League President and other management staff as required.She also serves as Technical Support Specialist, providing administrative support in a variety of areas, including the Education Department and CU Services, Inc., and provides technical support in the implementation of shared branching and other card programs for CU Services, Inc., including training and other back office support. Leisa's has worked for the League since 1988 and previously managed the League's correspondence card programs.
Matt Zumbrun, Member Service Representative, phone extension 1200
Matt Zumbrun is Member Service Representative, primarily responsible for the sale of products and services of CU Services, Inc., and its business partners to member credit unions and serving as relationship manager to assigned credit unions. In his role as relationship manager, Matt assists in the preservation and growth of small credit unions, helping them thrive and prosper as viable players in the financial marketplace. He also serves as liaison to the League Chapters. Matt has been with the League since 2014.
David B. Kesler,
David Kesler concentrates his practice in employment law and defending employers in employment litigation and arbitrations. He has represented a number of national and international corporate clients in employment litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has been lead counsel at all stages of the litigation, including discovery, summary judgment, bench and jury trials, and appellate argument. He was part of a team that completed the successful representation of a national client in having a class action discrimination lawsuit decertified. Mr. Kesler regularly represents employers in the investigation and defense of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and comparable state agencies, including preparation of position statements in response to charges, participation in on-site interviews, and negotiation of conciliation agreements. Mr. Kesler regularly counsels employers in employment decisions, including hiring, promotions and terminations, and drafts employment contracts and separation agreements. He also assists clients in drafting employment policies and generally in complying with the various federal, state and local statutes and regulations affecting the employment relationship.

Nathan H. Ridley, Legislative Counsel
Nathan Ridley of the firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings serves as legislative counsel and lobbyist for the Tennessee Credit Union League, reviewing all state legislation filed to determine bills that will affect Tennessee credit unions and reviews and drafts amendments as necessary. Nathan also provides lobbying efforts as directed by League management.
