League Capital, Inc. Mr. Robinson has served in this capacity since November 1, 2012. Previously he served as vice president of governmental affairs. He has been employed by the League since 1983.

David Wilson is Executive Vice President of the Tennessee Credit Union League. He plans and organizes the League's Governmental Affairs activities and serves as a credit union lobbyist in the state legislature. He also helps coordinate credit union contact with Tennessee's Members of Congress. David has been employed with the League since 1974.

Geraldine Cardwell is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the League and its affiliates, CU Services, Inc., and League Capital, Inc. She directs investment activities and fiscal and administrative management programs, policies, and systems of the League and its affiliates. She also directs the League's consulting services to credit unions and is responsible for endorsements and fee-supported services of CU Services, Inc., including the statewide shared branching network. Geraldine has been employed with the League since 1976 and was previously Manager of the AG Food Stores Credit Union.

Patterson, Vice President, Education and Information,

Trish Patterson is Vice President
Education & Information at the Tennessee Credit Union League.
Her primary responsibility is that
of coordinating training for credit union staff, management
and volunteers. She also develops and provides training in
several areas of regulatory compliance including lending, savings,
marketing, and operations. She regularly speaks at League and
credit union functions. Through the League's CU Information
Center, she provides information on regulatory, legislative,
and operational topics to member credit unions. Trish came to work for the League in 1993.
Criss

Criss Browning is Director Credit Union Development. He assists in the preservation and growth of small credit unions, helping them thrive and prosper as viable players in the financial marketplace. His role includes representing products and
services to credit unions and providing information
and assistance with League member activities in education,
communications
and governmental affairs. Criss has primary consulting responsibility with credit unions in Middle and West Tennessee and works with groups across the State in the chartering of new credit unions. He also facilitates strategic planning sessions for credit unions. Criss was employed by the League in 1988.
Kevin Denver, Director Business Development, phone extension 1201
Kevin Denver is the League's Director Business Development. He serves as relationship manager to assigned credit unions by providing counsel and guidance in a wide variety of areas essential to the successful development of credit unions; represents products and services to credit unions; performs due deligence on potential new business partners; and facilitates strategic planning sessions for credit unions, as well as training sessions for credit union board and staff. Kevin has 15 years experience in credit unions and also spent 15 years with CUNA Mutual Group. He has also earned CCUE and CFSP credit union industry designations. Kevin was employed by the League in 2006.
Cynthia Dunn, Research

Cynthia
Dunn is the League's Research Specialist. Her twenty-five plus years
with
the League enable her to coordinate the Information and Communication areas
of the League. Her primary duties comprise of providing responses to credit
union requests for information on all aspects of credit union operations,
including technical, regulatory, legislative, and marketing
topics. She also provides considerable administrative support in the
Education
area. As the editor, she is responsible for preparation of the League's monthly
newsletter, Management Notes, along with other League
publications.
Sheila Franklin, Governmental Affairs Specialist, phone extension 1250
Sheila Franklin is Governmental Affairs Specialist, representing member credit unions in matters involving state and federal governments, with an overall objective to assist in maintaining a positive regulatory environment in which member credit unions can flourish. Sheila assists in lobbying and liaison efforts to state policy making authorities. Sheila also facilitates strategic planning sessions and serves as instructor/trainer for credit union front-line staff and board members. Sheila has been with the League since 1997.

Leisa Massingill
is the Financial Assistant to the Director-Finance & Administration and for CU Services, Inc. provides administrative support for sales
of CU Services,
Inc. products. She works closely with credit unions on
the credit, debit and gift card programs of Fidelity Financial Services and the Illinois Credit Union League card programs, as well as the statewide shared branching network, in implementation of programs, back office support, training, and billing. Leisa's has worked for the League since 1988 and previously managed the League's correspondence card programs.
Teresa Robinson, Executive Assistant, phone extension 1200
Teresa Robinson serves as Administrative Assistant to the League President. She maintains all records of League Board meetings, manages the ballot mailing for election of League Directors and provides administrative support to the League President. Additionally, she handles a wide variety of recordkeeping and administrative duties for the Tennessee Credit Union League and its affiliates. Teresa came to work for the League in 1984.
Sandra Ware,

Sandra Ware is the Director of Finance and Administration for
the Tennessee Credit Union League and its affiliates. Sandra is primarily responsible for the bookkeeping functions of the League and its affiliates, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. She works closely with outside auditors, compiles financial reports and analysis, prepares monthly financial statements, and is responsible for payroll preparation, maintenance of personnel records, and general office administration.
Sandra has been employed with the League since 1983.

Bill Carriger
of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, PC, is General Counsel to the Tennessee Credit Union League,
providing legal
support to the League Board of Directors and League Management.
Bill works with
League lobbyists to assure the best legal climate for credit
union operations.
J. Nathan Green, Lobbyist
Nathan Green, a partner in the firm of Green & Associates, works closely with the governmental affairs team of the Tennesssee Credit Union League, monitoring legislation of interest to the League and providing direct lobbying efforts for the League before the legislative and executive branches of Tennessee State Government.
Nathan H. Ridley, Legislative Counsel
Nathan Ridley of the firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings serves as legislative counsel and lobbyist for the Tennessee Credit Union League, reviewing all state legislation filed to determine bills that will affect Tennessee credit unions and reviews and drafts amendments as necessary. Nathan also provides lobbying efforts as directed by League management. |
