Research shows training is a proven investment to engage and retain employees, increase efficiencies and enhance member-focused service. CUNA’s Professional Development Online program (CPD Online) provides credit unions unlimited access to over 400 credit union-specific courses covering all areas of credit union operations for all employees and volunteers to learn on their own schedule and at their own pace. CUNA already offers the CPD Online training program at a heavily discounted price of $500 per year for small credit unions, but your League is now making CPD Online available as a free member benefit to credit unions under $20 million in assets.
The cost of the CPD Online program will be paid by the League on behalf of those credit unions under $20 million in assets that commit to actively use the program for a period of one-year following enrollment. (Free access to the program will continue indefinitely for credit unions that choose to continue active participation beyond the initial one-year time frame.)
