Get a better understanding of the regulation & compliance issues that impact a credit union’s day-to-day business with a training event guided by compliance expert and attorney Michael Christians. This regulatory compliance learning event will be held online in August 2020.
- Monday, August 17 – Deposit Accounts and Credit Union Operations, Part 1 (Truth in Savings, Bank Secrecy Act & OFAC, Expedited Funds Availability Act, and Regulation D)
- Wednesday, August 19 – Deposit Accounts and Credit Union Operations, Part 2 (Electronic Fund Transfers Act, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information, and Right to Financial Privacy Act)
- Monday, August 24 – Consumer Lending (Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act, Military Lending Act, and Fair Lending)
- Wednesday, August 26 – Real Estate Lending (Application, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing)
All sessions will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. CST on the day scheduled. A detailed agenda with more information about the topics covered at each session is available on mscua.com. Your educational investment is $99 per person, per session or $356 per person if the same person attends all four sessions. Registration includes a recorded version of the presentation that will be provided after the live session.
The August 2020 Online Regulatory Compliance School will be conducted by attorney Michael Christians.
