Bill Beatty joins Y-12 Federal Credit Union as the Director, Remote Member Services, and Call Center. His primary responsibilities will be to manage the Contact Center, and the Personal Teller Machine (PTM) teams. Beatty previously worked for Conduent BPO, Bank of America, and CertusBank and has more than 20 years of experience in the contact center and financial services industries. Mr. Beatty received his BA in Business Administration and MBA in Business Administration and Management from Charter University. He recently relocated to Knoxville from Charlotte, North Carolina.
