The Large Credit Union Roundtable is exclusively for CEOs and will bring together peers with similar challenges and goals in a relaxed setting. The Large Credit Union Roundtable will begin with an evening reception on Monday. This meeting will be an opportunity to:

- The Grove Park Inn’s cancellation policy is 3 days before the arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.
- Reserve your room by Monday, November 16th, 2026. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled, are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- Accessible and pet rooms are limited; please submit these requests immediately. Reserving a pet-friendly room incurs an additional charge of $250.
- There is a One Night’s Room & Tax Early Departure Fee for rooms checking out prior to the departure date.
- Daily resort charge is $35 per night. The resort charge includes: toll free and local calling, in-room high speed Internet access, entrance to the Sports Complex, in-room coffee and tea, self-guided history tour of the Grove Park Inn and on property shuttle.
- Guaranteed Connecting Room Fee is $30.00 per night.
- A one-night room and tax deposit are required to confirm the reservation.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
- The current self-parking rate is $30.00 per night, and overnight valet parking is $40.00 per night. The hotel parking rates in effect on the dates of the meeting will be the prevailing rates.
