Collaboration is one of the hallmarks of our group. The merger of Tennessee and Mississippi into one association allows us to provide more hands to our advocacy efforts in both states.

Sarah Waters is the chief advocacy officer for the Association. She oversees all advocacy efforts in both states and predominantly works on our federal efforts.
Matt Coniglio is the AVP of advocacy for Tennessee. He is responsible for all things state government, leads the lobbying team, and works on efforts related to PAC, grassroots, and other engagements within the state.
Sonny Green is vice president of advocacy for Mississippi. He is responsible for state government in addition to his work on Shared Branching.
Debbie Painter is the development/advocacy specialist. She is responsible for special projects, including the Association’s efforts in financial literacy, executive and regulatory advocacy and more.
