Strong leadership is essential to the success of every credit union. To support the development of confident, capable leaders, the Tennessee and Mississippi Credit Union Association is excited to introduce Personify Leadership, a dynamic leadership development program designed to deliver practical, real-world tools leaders can apply immediately.
Built around a unique body-focused model, Personify Leadership goes beyond traditional training through interactive activities, case studies and discussion. The program strengthens eight core leadership competencies, including communication, emotional resilience, listening, delegation, accountability, courage in difficult conversations and vision—all critical skills for today’s credit union leaders.
Sessions will be led by Laura Parrish, vice president of association services for the association. With her deep understanding of the credit union movement and the challenges leaders face, Laura brings relevant insight and energy to each session.
