We recently participated in two important events that highlighted the Tennessee and Mississippi
Credit Union Association’s ongoing commitment to advocacy, relationship-building and
community presence.
Last Thursday, we attended a luncheon with Congressman Michael Guest. Later that evening, we
participated in an event for Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith. Both opportunities highlighted the value
of staying engaged with policymakers to help advance and protect the interests of credit unions
and the members we serve. Congressman Guest and Senator Hyde-Smith have advanced from
their primaries and will run in the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
