You are invited to join us for the 2026 Tennessee Sister Society of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, Spring Book Club, starting March 24!
Over three sessions, we will discuss the “8 Dimensions of Leadership” by Jeffrey Sugerman, Mark Scullard and Emma Wilhelm.
The “8 Dimensions of Leadership” uses the DiSC model to help leaders identify which of the eight distinct leadership styles they are naturally inclined to and helps to develop a more versatile approach to leadership. The book explains motivation and blindspots of each style and offers strategies to leverage strengths and better adapt to challenges, making you a more effective leader.
The spring book club discussions will be facilitated by Laura Parrish of the Tennessee and Mississippi Credit Union Association.

Spring Book Club Dates and Registration
