Welcome to the 2017 TCUL Convention and Expo

Dear Potential Exhibitor:

Please join us in May at our 2017 Tennessee Credit Union League Convention and Expo at the Gatlinburg Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your products/services to over 300 credit union associates.

Exhibitor Booth Set-up will be from 8:30 a.m. until noon on May 1. Golf begins with lunch at noon, followed by the tournament. Then join us that night at the expanded Exhibitor Networking Reception from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m. At around 9:00 p.m. we’ll have a silent auction – hopefully you’ll bring a gift for this event, as proceeds will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.

The trade show will be on May 2. At 8:00 a.m., enjoy the Talking Business Breakfast with two decision makers from each credit union. Then, continue to Talk Business with them at your booth from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. After that, the hall is then open to all attendees. The hall will remain open until noon when a group lunch will available to you and all attendees. At 12:30 p.m., we’ll announce the winners of the exhibitors’ door prizes. After that, you are free to begin tearing down your booth.

As an exhibitor, you are welcome to attend sessions and networking events throughout the rest of the event.

The basic cost of the booth is $950, which includes:

  • a 10’x10’ booth
  • two chairs
  • wastebasket
  • 1 one-line identification sign (7” x 44”)
  • 1 six foot draped table

Booths are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis. Registrations for golf must be made through your booth registration. Once we receive your booth space order form, you will receive a confirmation letter along with any necessary additional details. George E. Fern will email the decorator packet to the contact person indicated on the exhibit space order form for the ordering of booth carpet, electrical and/or telephone lines.

This conference typically draws 60+ exhibitors, so we need your order form by April 2, 2017.
