UT Federal Credit Union Recognized as Tennessee’s SBA Credit Union Lender of the Year

The Tennessee District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)—the largest backer of loans to America’s small businesses—honored UT Federal Credit Union (UTFCU) as a top SBA lender for federal fiscal year 2017 on May 2, 2018. UTFCU was awarded the Credit Union of the Year in Tennessee for top volume.

UTFCU has lead the state in this category in years past, also bringing home this award in fiscal years 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. For UTFCU, it is about embracing the credit union philosophy of People Helping People, which includes working with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Tennessee office to help businesses in the area achieve success and develop their companies.
