Y-12 Federal Credit Union celebrated the re-opening of their newly remodeled Maryville branch on Friday, June 9, 2017 with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Blount Partnership. Attending the ceremony, along with Y-12 FCU employees, were Blount County Mayor Ed Mitchell, City of Maryville Mayor Tom Taylor and Y-12FCU Board Chair, Ron Honeycutt.
At the ceremonial cutting Kim Minutolo, Branch Manager expressed her appreciation for the employees during the construction process. “The construction took about 14 weeks and we remained open for business the entire time. Our employees continued to work tirelessly to serve our members and never complained.”
Some of the improvements to better serve the members include dialogue branching, complimentary coin machine, additional offices, an internet café area with laptops and coffee and a Personal Teller Machine. Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) are available outside the branch which provides members’ services from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
