Who is a LEAD professional?
The Leadership Engagement Action Development Young Professional Program (LEAD) is for aspiring leaders in the credit union movement seeking to grow into leadership roles. Participants gain tools and confidence to advance their careers and strengthen their impact through collaboration, skill-building and professional development. The program welcomes anyone under age 40 — or young at heart.
