Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union Donates $12,000 to East Brainerd Snack Pack Ministry

Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union demonstrated its continued commitment to the local community with a $12,000 donation to the East Brainerd Snack Pack Ministry.

On January 7, Chattanooga Federal employees visited the East Brainerd Snack Pack Ministry to volunteer their time packing food bags for students experiencing food insecurity. These Snack Packs provide essential meals for children outside of school hours, helping address a critical need within the community.

The East Brainerd Snack Pack Ministry partners with local schools and volunteers to provide weekend and supplemental meals to students in need throughout the school year. More information about the organization can be found at https://eastbrainerdchurch.org/snackpack .

During the visit, Chattanooga Federal presented a $12,000 check to the ministry, continuing an annual commitment to support its mission.

“Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union is pleased to support the Snack Pack Ministry with a $12,000 donation again this year,” said Mark Fraker, CEO of Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union. “This contribution reflects our ongoing commitment to addressing food insecurity and supporting organizations that make a meaningful and measurable impact on children and families in our community.”

“We are honored to have Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union as one of our partners with the Snack Pack Ministry,” said Janice Robertson with Snack Pack Ministry. “This monetary donation will provide 120 children with a Snack Pack over the weekend for an entire school year. We are also thankful that they help pack these bags and bring joy to others.”
