Personify Leadership Hosts Nashville Cohort

In mid-March, credit union professionals from across Tennessee attended Personify Leadership Training in Nashville.

“This was a great opportunity to grow and thrive with peers,” said Caroline Bays of the Tennessee and Mississippi Credit Union Association. “Our class was rich with different tenure, experience and backgrounds, which offered fresh perspective on different scenarios we discussed. I especially loved getting an accountability partner to follow up with after the training to ensure we each put what we learned into action.”

Personify Leadership is an engaging, two-day leadership development program that provides comprehensive development across eight core, body-focused competencies. Expertly led by Laura Parrish of the Tennessee and Mississippi Credit Union Association, using a multi-method, experiential approach, the program equips leaders with practical tools they can immediately apply in real-world situations to lead more effectively.
