Singing River Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Toni Goff to chief operations officer.
In her new role, Toni will lead operational strategies across all branches, oversee back-office operations and continue to enhance the exceptional level of service SRFCU provides to its members.
Toni has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong passion for serving both members and her team at a high level. Her extensive background includes leadership in Operations and Lending, as well as experience within the Information Technology department—giving her a well-rounded perspective on organizational efficiency and performance.
A community-focused leader, Toni has built meaningful connections with SRFCU’s membership and remains committed to strengthening those relationships.
She is a graduate of the Southeast Credit Union National Association Management School at the University of Georgia and holds a business degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Toni has also completed numerous financial training certifications throughout her career.
