UT Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of their new branch location inside of The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on December 8, 2016.
UTFCU has had a full-service branch located in UT Medical Center since 1988, but after 28 years in the basement the branch has recently relocated to a newly constructed location on the main floor. “This new location provides our members with a much more convenient experience. As owners of the credit union, our members view this new location as a benefit. We’re happy we could provide this for them”, said Branch Manager Janet Vaughn.
UT Federal Credit Union President/CEO Debbie H. Jones shared her overwhelming gratitude during the ribbon cutting ceremony, “We have so many people to thank for making this dream a reality for our owners. Thank you to UT Medical Center, as well as our Board of Directors and staff, for your support and hard work on this project. After years of continued effort and teamwork, this project is now complete and we couldn’t have done it without you.”
The full-service UT Federal Credit Union branch, located inside of UT Medical Center at 1924 Alcoa Highway in Knoxville, is open to serve its owners and visitors Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.
