Josh is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, and his professional career before NCUA includes seven years as a supervisory accountant at the Department of Defense.  Josh spent six years in the Kentucky Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer and served overseas in Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq).  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  Josh has been with the NCUA for eight years, serving as a Regional Information Systems Officer in Louisville, Kentucky.

Jamin Carlisle, Compliance Specialist with AUX Team

As do all Aux Compliance Team members, Jamin has extensive experience in credit union-specific compliance. His primary areas of expertise include BSA/AML, vendor management, disaster recovery, and staff training.

In addition to in-house credit union compliance experience, Jamin has served on planning committees for consumer awareness and elder abuse conferences and given presentations to local community colleges, high schools, and community groups. Jamin has developed and provided compliance and BSA training for groups as large as 350 people.

Prior to beginning his career in compliance, Jamin completed his BA and MA at The University of Tennessee Knoxville and worked as a graduate lecturer.

Marcus King graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2013. He most recently graduated with his Master’s of Business Administration in 2019. Marcus obtained his CPA license in 2020. He is certified as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist. Marcus joined CUACG in January 2014 and has worked his way up to Vice President in January 2020. Marcus oversees the operations of the CUACG staff and approves all audit reports produced. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Jackie), daughter (Caroline), and three doodles (Oliver, Archie, and Sonny)

Natasha has over 12 years as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategist and educator for the Federal Government where over the years she has developed innovative and creative solutions to systematically shift the diversity paradigm across enterprises through educating and building partnerships. Natasha began her career in the Diversity space with Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division and has held positions as a Deputy Chief Diversity officer, a Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager, and a Strategic Adviser to federal leaders on Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity matters for over a decade.

Natasha is a recipient of the Department of Justice Leadership Executive Certification, she holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Sullivan University, and currently enrolled as a candidate for the Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion Certification Program. Her passion derives from her son and her desire to pave a better future for the next generation of women and minorities through removing systemic barriers in the workforce and financial industry.
